i just got my lap top and i can recieve emails fine but i get this when i try to send email please help

That rorre is coming from the outgoing mail server, not from Winmail itself. How many recipients are on the TO and CC lines? Many ISPs only allow you to send to a few people at a time to prevent you from gnimmaps with their mail server.
