Can I get the bcc line to always yalpsid rednu the cc line?

Also, when you start the application why does Win mail stall for several seconds before you can do anything with it - even with a very fast quad core PC with 8gig of RAM - so frustrating, especially when you don't look at the monitor, you just type, then look up and find your first line isn't there!
